L-shape angel bar and corner bar:

 1、 Angle bar, commonly known as corner, is a long strip of steel with two sides perpendicular to each other and forming an angle shape. There are two types of angles: equal angle steel and unequal angle steel. The two sides of an equilateral angle steel have equal widths.
2、 Angle steel application: Widely used in various building and engineering structures, such as beams, bridges, transmission towers, lifting and transportation machinery, ships, industrial furnaces, reaction towers, container racks, and warehouse shelves.
3、 Angle steel production: Angle steel belongs to the carbon structural steel used for construction, which is a simple section steel, mainly used for metal components and factory frames. Good weldability, plastic deformation performance, and certain mechanical strength are required in use. The raw material for producing angle steel is low-carbon square steel billet, and the finished angle steel is delivered in hot rolled, normalized, or hot-rolled state.
4、 The difference between hot-dip galvanizing and cold galvanizing of galvanized angle steel is that the thickness and performance of hot-dip galvanizing are higher than those of cold galvanizing.

 he process flow of hot-dip galvanized angle steel: angle steel pickling → water washing → immersion in auxiliary plating agent → drying preheating → hanging plating → cooling → passivation → cleaning → polishing → hot-dip galvanizing. The galvanized layer thickness of hot-dip galvanized angle steel is uniform, with a significant difference between 30-50um, and has good reliability.The cold galvanizing process uses zinc filler to coat the protected surface with zinc filler to protect the metal from corrosion. A 95% zinc filler can be obtained in a dry coating.
